    Happy Easter, everyone!
    Working on your pistol is a great way to find and fix any imbalances. I can do a pistol with my left leg, but my right is too weak and grossly unstable. More work to do! I bet my squat improves when my pistol does. How are your pistols?

    I can only do a pistol on my right leg. When I get to the bottom on my left leg, my knee support gives out and I teeter to one side. It’s getting better every week and hopefully it’ll all balance out soon.
