“Frank”

4 rounds for time:
400 m run (1 lap at the park)
Ring Dips (15) or Pushups (30)
Leaping Burpees (15)
Pullups (15)

After performing the workout in honor of Mr. Kovacs.

In honor of Frank Kovacs, a paratrooper at Normandy on D-Day in 1944, who passed earlier this week.

    Thank you guys so much! Great work! This means a lot to his family. I met all of Frank’s kids and most of his grandkids and great grandkids today. Wonderful family. I will post more information soon. I hope to honor Frank on April 10th each year.

    I was unable to make it to the park this morning, so I did this workout tonight at home in honor of Frank Kovacs. Three rounds completed in 25:24.
