I think that considering one horsepower is 33000 ft·lbf/min, you can compare your power output to that of a mustang, etc. Just a way to measure work output. Compare light Fran to heavy Fran times to see which has more power output. Plus you can use it to do that nifty work output graph for the phosphogen, glycolitic, and oxidative times… I’m still trying to wrap my head around it…
Anyone else already plug in their Fran times into that calculator?
