Saturday Morning Workout

by CrossFit South Bay Announcements, Benchmark Workout, Workout of the Day on August 23rd, 2008 No Comments

“Fight Gone Bad!”

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. The stations are:

1. Wall-ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
2. Sumo Deadlift high-pull (Reps)
3. Box jump (Reps)
4. Push-press (Reps)
5. Row (Calories)

Happy Birthday John! What a way to celebrate your 30th – with an early morning bout with Fight Gone Bad! Enjoy your special day…you’ve definitely earned it!
