1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

On a completely different topic, CrossFit NYC had an awesome link to a NY Times page that had just about everything and anything you can do with an egg. These lil’ guys are excellent sources of protein but eating them in their hard boiled form day after day can get a bit monotonous. This article gives more than a few new options for egg preparation.
