Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Kelly Starrett at San Francisco CrossFit wrote an insightful article on the Front Squat with some important points to keep in mind when performing this lift.

    Great timing on this post since yesterday’s front squats are still fresh in mind. I was really upset about my poor performance and after reading up in Rippetoe’s book plus this post I see a number of things I was doing wrong. Last night I was almost ready to swear off front squats and now I’m somewhat looking forward to trying them again.
