Great timing on this post since yesterday’s front squats are still fresh in mind. I was really upset about my poor performance and after reading up in Rippetoe’s book plus this post I see a number of things I was doing wrong. Last night I was almost ready to swear off front squats and now I’m somewhat looking forward to trying them again.
