Congrats on your 155 lb OHS PR!!! You kicked some ass! I remember when 65 lbs crushed you and that was only a few months ago. That is progress, my friend – huge success!! You rock!
Thanks so much. It felt really good. I remember that day when you had to take the 65# bar off of me and handed me a 45# bar instead. It was a bit of an ego-bruiser but I’m glad you made me focus on form because without that foundation the ohs crumbles.
