Sometimes getting that pesky Zone diet down to a science seems impossible. Robb Wolf is our hero when it comes to making it a little easier to get a handle on nutrition. He has some wonderfully useful documents to get you started when making your trips to the grocery store.

    Congrats on your 155 lb OHS PR!!! You kicked some ass! I remember when 65 lbs crushed you and that was only a few months ago. That is progress, my friend – huge success!! You rock!

    Thanks so much. It felt really good. I remember that day when you had to take the 65# bar off of me and handed me a 45# bar instead. It was a bit of an ego-bruiser but I’m glad you made me focus on form because without that foundation the ohs crumbles.
