
CrossFit changes the way we look at ourselves over time. We come to believe in ourselves as we realize that we are capable of much more than we previously thought. It gives us the confidence we once had as youngsters when the world was ours. The video below is comically entertaining but it also is a great display of that youthful self-assurance. Hitting the WODs hard ensures that we hang on to that faith in our abilities for good.
