What are your New Year’s resolutions? It’s funny how CrossFit can make your plans of action for the upcoming year change from dropping a few pounds to adding an extra 50 pounds…to your deadlift, that is.


WOD – 12.29.08

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
