GPP

GPP, otherwise known as General Physical Preparedness, is what we strive for in our training. The constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements that we perform in our workouts mimic the unpredictability of life’s tasks. Those tasks might be as simple as helping a friend move a couch. However, for others that serve the community as first-responders or in the nation’s armed forces, the work capacity built through CrossFit training can provide preparation for more serious unforeseen circumstances.
On Saturday, February 14, you can demonstrate that GPP by helping us “redecorate” the gym. We’ll be relocating the lifting platforms and all the other equipment to provide a more efficient use of our space. Show your love for CrossFit South Bay on Valentine’s Day morning – we’ll be getting started after our 9am workout.
