A lot of times having a fellow athlete right there next to us can give that extra push that we need. A little encouragement can really cause us to dig down deep and find a bit more effort even when we thought we were tapped out. The beauty of CrossFit is the camaraderie that is built during our classes and the way we all make each other better.
