CFSB’s First Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser Workout was an awesome success. All participants gave their all in honor of the cause. We had many newcomers who experienced their first CrossFit workouts but still displayed intensity and enthusiasm throughout. Thanks to everyone who came out and participated. Fundraiser WOD – 2.22.09
Teams of 3 where one teammate works, one actively rests, and one rests completely. Teammates rotate in order to complete 75 reps at each station. Reps do not count unless the actively resting athlete is in proper position.
Work – Active Rest
Burpees – lying static leg hold 6″ off ground
Box jumps – bottom squat position
Pushups – plank hold
Situps – V-up hold
