Morning Glory

Great efforts were put in this morning by John, Greg, and two of our newest additions, Jason and Chris. Those two are some of our newest firefighters and they’re training hard to ensure that they can be the best they can possibly be. As citizens we should be thankful that they along with all the other first responders in our gym are making that extra effort.


Saturday Morning Workout – 2.28.09

10 power cleans (heavyish)
200 meter run
8 power cleans
300 meter run
6 power cleans
400 meter run
4 power cleans
500 meter run
2 power cleans
