Last week Steve got his first muscle-up. However, as is the case with many athletes who get their first muscle-up, he has temporarily lost it. His buddies have been busting his chops since he has not been able to reproduce the feat. So here is the unedited clip of his accomplishment presented as visual proof. He’s still working the progressions and within a few days he’s sure to have that muscle-up permanently. Congrats on your muscle-up, Steve!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
