
We took our show on the road to Hermosa Beach yesterday morning and introduced some of Forrest’s friends to CrossFit. It was a blast watching all of them approach the workout with such enthusiasm. Everyone was a great sport and put forth a solid effort. In fact, it was such a good time that a weekend beach class may become a regular part of the CrossFit South Bay schedule.
