Sometimes we’re just unable to make into the gym. Whether it’s a late night at the office or you’re on the road traveling, you don’t have to go without a workout just because you don’t have access to weights. CrossFit Genesis has compiled a thoroughly comprehensive list of bodyweight workouts available for download. Pretty useful stuff that you can take with you on the go.
