A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY goes out to our buddy, Stephen – with a PH! He’s always approaching the WODs with fervor and tenacity all while having a great time that ultimately spreads to the rest of the group. The coolest thing is that all he wanted for his birthday was to have his sweetie, Ashlee, join him for the morning class! Now that’s dedication! Have a great day and enjoy the birthday cake – you’ve earned it.
