With all the new members we have coming into the gym lately, it’s probably a good time to mention a few tools that you can all use to communicate with trainers and fellow members outside of the gym.
- CFSB Discussion Board – Here you can discuss topics related to CrossFit, nutrition or your workouts. You can also use this board to log your workouts and/or food logs.
- Facebook – If you already have a Facebook account, simply go to Groups and search CrossFit South Bay. We keep up with each other through this site and comunicate about anything and everything on a daily basis.

30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats
Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds. Record time for each round.
