Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) is that soreness you feel a day or two after completing a hard workout. Since many of us go 2-3 on, DOMS becomes a regular occurrence. Mark’s Daily Apple explores some of the possible causes and ways to make this soreness a little more manageable. It can actually benefit you to workout with it as long as it’s muscle soreness and not some sort of injury.
