The Right Attitude

Once the intensity of your workouts are ramped all the way up after spending some time learning proper form and technique, there is a certain mindset you must adopt in order to make it through the WOD. The mental aspect becomes just as important as the physical. Steve sent over a great link detailing some of the basic tenets of the “CrossFit Attitude” courtesy of Spark Sport Conditioning.


WOD – 3.10.09

“CrossFit Total”
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
