Kipping Pull ups, Muscle Ups, Hand Stand Push Ups, oh my! CrossFit is so constantly varied that your head can spin with all the milestones and benchmarks there are. Recently, we had three of our ladies (Avelyne, Michelle, and Anna) get their first kipping pullups. This week’s CFSB’s Poll is challenging you all to pick ONE milestone to focus on and accomplish…in eight weeks. It can be anything from a gymnastics skill like a muscle up or back lever, to a PR on a lift or WOD. It can even be a nutritional goal like no HFCS (see Marcus’ post) for eight weeks! i have a few goals, but for this poll, im gonna make my 55 inch box jump a goal. at least 55 inches, i want more but i want to start somewhere
