With the restrictions that paleo/zone puts on your food choices, it’s hard to keep your meals “constantly varied!” From time to time, we’ll be posting some meals that our own gym members put together just to mix it up a bit. Here’s a fast and easy scramble (4 blocks).
4 oz chicken breast, cooked
24 spears asparagus, steamed or sauteed
4T avocado
1 cup blueberries
Chop up the chicken breast, cut up the asparagus to 1″ pieces, and dice the avocado. Season with lime juice and sea salt or balsamic vinegar and a squeeze of orange juice. Enjoy warm or cold. Top off with a couple of cups of strawberries or a cup of blueberries for dessert!
