Programming and Technique – Two of the critical elements of Crossfit. After attending the Southern California Qualifiers last weekend, we walked away thoroughly impressed by the programming, emphasis on technique, and full range of motion.
Inspired by the programming and the desire to insure constantly varied, the WOD’s this week were quite different than what we typically see. The trainers spend a lot of time on the web looking for ideas and inspiration beyond our normal thought process. The outcome was fantastic and many of our athletes commented (some Happy, some not so Happy) on the different types of WOD’s this week.
Special thanks to Crossfit 603, Crossfit Coronado, Southern California Qualifier programmers, and last but not least Bayou City Crossfit for provinding the foundation for many of our WOD’s this week.
WOD – 4.25.09

I wonder if my proffs will accept that as an excuse for not getting my work done?
See you all on Tuesday
Stephen -Any man who comes in after a hard night and fights through the WOD we had on Saturday gets more respect than that.
