
Today Crossfit Southbay pays tribute to all of our Armed Forces with a Hero Workout. DT is in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February 20, 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED.
Special thanks goes to all the Armed Forces and all of our members who are serving the public in Military, Fire, and Law Enforcement.
This summer we will be adding a larger number of Hero Workouts to the mix, so post what you would like to see on the board.
