Best CF Accomplishments: Gained almost 30# of lean mass from paleo-zone, and took his Fran time from 7:04 to 4:56 in less than 2 months! (though he says it still took him 7:04 to recover!)

In his free time, Max enjoys spending time with my family & catching children falling from the sky. Recently, he has started blogging, but has yet to attain the seductive literary stylings of Stephen. Max faithfully posts to hilarious, if not sometimes creatively spelled, comments every day he WODs! Can’t wait to see what PR’s this next year holds for you, Max!
