5 lunges followed by 5 air squats for 400meters
This one is brutal. I highly recommend it. Good one to do solo if you can’t make class.

Tried “Barbara” but only completed 4 rounds. 4:24, 4:33, 4:19, 6:47 were round times respectively and rested 3 mins b/n each. This WOD kicked my butt b/c I couldn’t do kipping pullups on the bar I was using. I hope there were a lot of C&J PRs today!
