
Today we had 16 athletes break up into teams of 2 to work through the following WOD:
1 minute at each station; 4 rounds
Tire Flips — Squats
Kettle Bell Swings — Pullups
Burping Shuttle Runs — Squats
Wallball — Pullups
Rounds 1,3: One team member performs the exercise on the right while the other performs the exercise on the left.
Rounds 2,4: Team members switch
Scoring: total team reps of squats and pullups
While this was a fun workout, we will consider the following improvement:
If the team member performing the exercises on the left rests, the other member must rest. This will make our WOD more team focused and based less on one individual.
