3. I was talking to my roomate last night and she brought up my diet.  My roomate is kind of, well let&#039;s just say not athletic.  She tends to eat a lot of junk food, drinks a ton and looks it.  I told her that I dont eat any bread and she says &quot;You&#039;re ok if you don&#039;t eat white bread&quot;.  To which, I reply &quot;No, i&#039;m taking out ALL bread&quot; and she says &quot;that&#039;s not healthy.&quot;  I really wish marcus was there to back me up.</description>

		<description>tabata number was 19. 9 wall ball, 6 ring push-ups, 4 row.  a tip make sure your first row for calorie is high, it was hard to recover from 4 on the first row, the rest were 8 calories so i clearly did not gain it right...</description>
