Sean has been CrossFitting off an on since May of last year, introducing himself to Helen without knowing how to do kipping pullups. He was introduced to CFSB by Matt who brought him to our Beach WOD in March. His collegiate football background was evident from the get-go as he posted times that rivaled those of our firebreathers.
Sean just participated in the Last Chance Qualifiers with our other crusher, John this last Saturday and posted amazing times. He completed WOD#1 in 3:54, WOD#2 (Jackie) in 6:41, and the Northeast WOD#3 in 11:23, resulting in a total time of 21:58, amongst a pool of elite athletes around the world.
For his first WOD here at CFSB, he was introduced to Filthy Fifty. It wasn’t love at first sight, so at Sean’s request, we’re re-visiting this WOD for his birthday.
