Got my 405 deadlift about a month and a half ago pre-injury. New goal: get healed and do it again.
My goal is to shed 10-12 pounds abd be able to push press 155. I am at 135 right now.
Well done guys on doing our sweatfest workout, now remember to be kind when your putting the next one together….
