Ground Rules

Recently our gym has grown exponentially in size. With that, not only are we scrambling around introducing ourselves to all the newbies (thus avoiding burpees), but we’re also putting our equipment through more wear ‘n tear. Not that bumper plates weren’t meant to be dumped or med balls slammed into the ground. However, we’re all just going to have to pitch in a bit more. Whether it’s cleaning up after your sweat angel, being a bit more careful not to kick abmats across the gym floor, placing the barbells more gently into their holders, or wiping any DNA off the barbells that you left during the deadlift WOD, being more conscientious about taking care of your gym will go a long way.

Also, a reminder to anyone who wants to go to the Games July 11-12th in Aromas. Get your spectator tickets now and let us know if you need lodging or want to carpool.

The gym will be closed Friday July 10th and Saturday July 11th for the games.
