
Don’t forget that we will be at the Gym today for our normal 9:00 AM WOD and then at the Beach at 11:00. The weather is supposed to be fantastic, so take advantage of the beach WOD today and bring your friends and introduce them to the Kool Aid.
If your friends are like mine they can find every excuse in the book why they can not make it to the box, but the beach on the other hand is always more difficult. In addition to getting them active, you will finally be able to show them what Crossfit is and how a 10 minute workout can kick your/there a**! Even as a trainer it can be difficult to explain to someone what Crossfit is (Melissa Byers take a good stab here) , so showing them can clear up a lot of the confusion.
Look forward to seeing a great turnout, and as usual for Saturday’s and the Beach – the WOD’s are posted when you get there!
