For a delicious and quick dessert that requires no cooking and lives well within our Paleo Challenge guidelines posted by Al and approved fat sources posted by Marcus; try the following:
- 1 perfectly ripe summer peach chopped into small pieces
- Drizzle with heavy whipping cream (organic or raw if possible)
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
For variety try substituting berries for peaches. I have used a mixture of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries which made a wonderful combination with no chopping necessary. In the future I plan to try nectarines as well.
