A few of you are in the midst of the 4=Week Paleo Challenge and we’re seeing some remarkable progress across the group. However, I’ve noticed a quiet, yet common ritual performed by many of you pre-or post-WOD….scale watching. Some of you have expressed disappointment at not losing enough weight or actually putting on a pound or two extra! I say, BFD! Forget what the scale says! Ask yourself these important questions instead:
Do I feel better?
Do I perform better?
Do I look better?
From what I’ve seen in the gym over the past few weeks, the answer is a resounding YES. Your recent PRs have a whole hell of a lot more to say about your dietary improvements than a few numbers on a scale.
