Our paleo challenge is quickly coming to an end. Stay focused for the last few days and finish strong! In speaking with many of you over the last few weeks, I have heard about trials and successes. WOD – 9.28.09

Overhead Squats 5×1, 1×15-20

5 rounds for time:

  • 10 Tactical lunges
  • 15 V-Ups
  • 20 Double Unders
