Back in October we did a tribute workout called McFlurry. Two of our firebreathers, Big Ryan and Lil’ Ryan, decided to do the WOD with their firefighter turnouts on. The entire gettup weighs about 40 pounds and is ironically hotter than hell. Good job to everyone who participated.
Today is the day for the new equipment! We are getting our first phase of goodies in today. Come in and check out all the new stuff. We are also starting work on our new bay which will double the space of what we have been working with. Not bad growth for a week and a half (TWSS).
There will also be new classes next week. We are starting the 9AM and noon classes on Monday November 23rd.

That video was amazing!!! You all killed it WOW….I am so motivated to do a WOD in a firefighter outfit now…well maybe without the jacket and only a sports bra. Does that count:)
Thanks Nicole! You guys are the ones working hard. I am dying to get back to doing the WODs with you. Great job to everyone for kicking ass on my programming. The next three months are going to have some fun and challenging things in store for you guys. I hope everyone is ready!
