		<description>Scarlett you killed that WOD!!! Let&#039;s just say my injuries got the best of me, but hey I am human and will be better next time. One positive note I PRed on my Front Squat @ #135 ( which I know I can do more). Had fun with the old school group last night!!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m with Scarlett, I was/am a long distance swimmer/paddler... so 30 minutes in I was really warmed up and ready to go! it was painful, but an endurance pain that I find amazing :-)

I&#039;ve gone through some pretty gruesome WODs ranging from two-a-days to Murph w/ a 20# vest, yet this one really pushed my limits w/ the KB Swings and all. I found a good quote on Crossfit Brea&#039;s website a while back about pain and wanted to share it. &quot;Once you find that you can push through even when you want to quit, you will find that it is the mental limit that you put on yourself not the physical.&quot; I fully believe this to be true, as most of us think we can&#039;t do something and then are surprised to find we can accomplish much more than we thought was ever possible. My lower back is going to love these deadlifts too!</description>
