Crossfit Resolution/Paleo Update?
Can you believe we are already a month into 2010? Time flys when you are Crossfitting.
So many of you made Crossfit Resolutions (What was your Crossfit Goal) and posted them on our Goal Board and many of you are in entering week 4 of your Paleo Challenge. How are you doing against your goals? Have you checked your progress, have you forgot about your goal?
We want to know! Post your progress good or bad this weekend so we know how you are doing. Hopefully you are being successful but even if you are not post your results. One of the trainers will check in with you if you are struggling and help you get to your goals.
For those of you who have achieved your goal, make a new one and be sure to put it on our Goal Board. Never settle when you have met one, you should always be pushing for a new one and putting on the Board out in front of everyone will be a reminder to you but also a little extra motivation beacause everyone sees it.
