If you have ever done a WOD with me, my usual getting psyched chant is something along the lines of &quot;Yea 6PM (or whatever time class it is), let&#039;s get this WOD started party people&quot;. I know it sounds ridiculous, but everyone smiles, laughs, thinks in their head how annoying I am, but I think for a split second it fires up encouragement and an attitude to get &#039;er done.
