Every day, we give you guys tons of information on CF/nutrition/movement, but today is a day to think, so here is a little post-weekend, Monday-morning-avoiding-work-need-a-distraction question… Truly take a second to think about it: why do you do CrossFit??

Orig it was 4, 11, 14…but now it’s those plus 8, 10, 16, and 26. Oh and #40…because I feel like crap on the days I don’t get to go to CFSB!
