Workouts are so much more fun when you have a few friends to suffer with you. Get your friends, family and co-workers to join our community and as a “thank you” we will give you a free month of membership. Now all you need to do is convince them to do a workout with you. Try these helpful tips:

  • Let them know that you will workout with them on their first class.
  • Say that it is OK to go only half speed for their first few classes.
  • Show them around and introduce them to coaches and instructors
  • Although it is funny sometimes, never ever push them to where they puke.

Simple as that! We can even do the legwork for you. Fill out the referral form to the right and we will send an email to your friend inviting them to a free class.

crossfit-referral-programThere is no limit to how many referrals you get to join our community. The only catch is that they must sign up for a membership at the end of their intro month. You will be credited one month of whatever your going rate is at the time of the activation of your referrals membership. Those are the only rules! Let the games begin.
