Keep Kids Active
At CrossFit South Bay, we are proud to serve our members with excellent fitness classes, CrossFit competitions and personal training.
CrossFit is for kids too! At CrossFit South Bay, we have created a kids CrossFit class that will keep your kids active in a fun and challenging way. We want to help you kids transform into the superheroes they are. Our class will have hearts pumping and grins shining from ear to ear. We base each and every class on 10 general physical skills. They are:
- Cardiovascular Endurance
With our CrossFit Kids classes, we aim to teach children the best and most effective ways to keep their bodies moving. This will challenge them in a fun and educational way to instill the right fitness practices in their mind for the rest of their lives. We aim to bring out the best versions of our CrossFit kids each and every day.
Not only is our CrossFit Kids class fun and challenging, it will help develop strong confidence and social skills. By working with other kids around the same age to reach the same goal, they will learn to work in a team, but also shine individually.
