What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a type of fitness program that promotes high intensity, interval training. This type of training involves Olympic weightlifting, plyometric, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, strongman and other high intensity workouts. These workouts are performed in a series of fast sets and functional movements to increase your fitness level quickly. Each workout is constantly changing, giving you the opportunity to tone and work out a different set of muscles each day.
