CFSB Nutrition 101
Next Session: August 7th, 2010
Maybe you’re puzzled about why Paleo food is advocated for optimal fitness or about how to make paleo logistically work or about how to aim for body composition results. The 3 hour class will cover: Nutrition basics, Paleo basics, Nutrition goals, and Meal planning. It will be an open forum for questions. A lunch will be served (paleo) before we start.

1st Inaugural: Monday Jan. 18th – Monday Mar. 15th – COMPLETED
8-week paleo challenge with prizes! Participants will eat paleo (you don’t have to but if you want to win, you will!) for 8 weeks, keep a food log, take before/after pictures and measurements. Check out the details on the Paleo Challenge Page.
