CrossFit kids creates superheroes out of your children. CrossFit Kids is a specially designed fitness program dedicated to the health, wellness and happiness of kids.  The classes focus on many different aspects of athletics including:

  • Agility
  • Jumping
  • Throwing
  • Speed
  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Flexibility
  • Stamina
  • Running
  • Sports specific training like soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, tennis, and more!

In addition to the physical benefits your child will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, practice teamwork, anti-bullying tactics, build confidence and integrity, and make friends through fitness.  The most important piece of the program is that we prioritize having fun!  We want to teach the kids that fitness and CrossFit especially is a lot of fun!  When every kid gets in the car to go home and their parents ask if they had fun we want to make sure the answer is always “Yes!”

What To Expect

CrossFit kids uses a combination of skills, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Your kids will build skills through gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping and more. We teach your kids 10 basic physical skills for any sport or discipline that they may pursue. Our goal is to improve their physical ability that will help them in their other sports.
