At CrossFit South Bay, we believe that group fitness classes help push you and encourage you to push yourself. Our goal is to create a community and having an encouraging team to workout with helps develop that community. Our strong community will help you improve with your workouts and see progress.

Our Group Fitness Classes

Our instructors and coaches help you become a better athlete in general. We make sure that you get a better workout than you ever would at a gym working out by yourself. When you don’t want to do those pushups or burpees, your instructors and fellow teammates help inspire you to get them done and cheer you on! At CrossFit South Bay, we care about our members even outside of classes and the gym. Group fitness classes help hold you accountable for your goals and advocate your progress. Our classes act as your own personal trainer, since instructors will teach you how to complete each movement and push you to become a better you.
