What to Expect

Our indoor cycling classes are challenging, high-energy, no-impact cardio workouts that are all done on a stationary bike. Even though you’ll be on the bike for the whole class, you’ll have your heart and legs pumping the whole time. Our enthusiastic instructors get you pumped up and challenge you to turn the level up to push yourself.

Take Control Of Your Workout

Since you are stationed on your bike during the class, you are able to control your own workout, from your speed to your resistance to your intensity level. You can make your workout as challenging as you want, even though we encourage you to push yourself to reach your highest level! During class, you will be pumped up with an upbeat playlist and neon flashing lights to get you moving!

Whether you’ve been cycling for years or haven’t taken a single cycling class, we welcome everyone from different levels. Our instructors will teach you how to properly adjust your seat and how to adjust difficulty levels so that you can get the most out of your workout.
