So you’ve heard about CrossFit from a friend, relative, or co-worker and you’re curious. You have probably watched a few YouTube videos or seen The CrossFit Games on ESPN. Well this class is nothing like that. Our intro class is based around simplicity (not to be confused with easy) to give you a small sample experience of what a workout will feel like. After this class you will know what it feels like to WOD (workout of day).

Still with me? Good. The intro classes are small so our coaches can give you plenty of attention. You will get a very dynamic warm-up followed by instruction on simple movements like a squat, push-up, ring row and kettlebell swing. The coach will help you scale, make the exercises harder or easier based on your level of fitness, and then explain the workout. You will do a short workout typically 10-15 minutes long and then do some foam rolling for a cool down. You are encouraged to give high-fives but the only thing that is mandatory is a positive attitude!
