The only way to get ready for CrossFit is to DO CrossFit. We combine Olympic lifting, running, basic gymnastic moves and plyometrics into our workout of the day (WOD). Our goal is to help you achieve your long and short-term fitness goals through expert coaching in nutrition, strength and conditioning. You will also learn proper warm-up and cool-down techniques as well as how to spend your recovery days.
We specialize in helping our clients unleash their athletic potential to achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible. CrossFit can prove to be challenging on a physical and mental level, which is why we provide you with the tools for fitness success in our On-Ramp and Elements programs. Our coaches will keep you accountable and moving forward to become as fit as possible.

Our Elements program is a series of six one-on-one coaching sessions. You will work with your assigned coach on your functional movement and overall fitness assessment. A customized program will be built to help address your areas of improvement and optimize your strengths. We recommend the Elements program if:
- You have an injury or special need
- You are training for a sport or event
- You have been inactive for a significant time
- You have a difficult schedule and can’t make On-Ramp
- Prefer the setting of 1-on-1 over small group training
Our baseline Elements package includes six sessions. Some athletes decide on going into regular group classes while some decide to continue with private sessions. Contact us today to get started in our Elements Program.

Have you been wanting to try CrossFit? Now is your chance in our On-Ramp program. This program is designed to get you up to speed as quickly and safely as possible. We cap the classes at 8 beginners and usually have 2 or more coaches helping with form. We
The On-Ramp program will expose our new members to the foundational movements in a small group setting. The emphasis of On-Ramp is to develop your skill level in our basic movements and Olympic lifts. We place a huge emphasis on technique and dynamic range of motion to help keep you safe and to prepare you for the intensity of the group classes. The classes build upon one another from basic movements to progressively more complex movements. This program is recommended for people who are average to above average fitness level and injury free. The class meets three days a week with an optional fourth day for two weeks.
We start the On-Ramp program every three weeks. Everyone in the class starts at the same time and learns the curriculum in the same order. You and the other graduates will be ready for the regular classes upon completion of the program. We developed this program to help athletes learn the methodologies and techniques of CrossFit training. Similar programs cost between $200 and $350 and do not offer a free trial after. We believe that we can eliminate the barrier of entry to CrossFit and teach you the basics on how to move safely while building overall strength and endurance. After your initial On-Ramp, make sure to take advantage of an entire 2 WEEKS FREE on us to make sure you really like CrossFit before signing up for a package.
