So you’ve heard about CrossFit from a friend, relative or co-worker and you still don’t know what it is. It might be a little early to commit to an On-Ramp or Elements session. Let us show you our approach to overall fitness. Come and get a taste of what a CrossFit session is actually like. The class is free and you are able to come to as many as you would like with no restrictions. We want to give you a glimpse inside our training methodologies in a fun and positive environment.
The Lowdown
Our free classes are held on Saturdays at 10:30 AM at our Hermosa Beach facility. Whether you are in tiptop shape or haven’t worked out in years, we can scale the workouts to your fitness levels. That means the workout will be as hard as you make it. Our coaches will instruct and help you stay true to form during the workout. Just fill out the form and make sure to get all the information you need from us before coming.

Coach Instructed dynamic warm-up – specifically tailored for the day’s workout (some say this is harder than their normal workout).

10:50 Workout of the Day (WOD)
Explanation of the WOD and movement instruction on each exercise. Don’t worry, our CF coaches have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly so they will correct form & give as much instruction as you need.

11:10 3, 2, 1, GO! Your short & intense CF workout begins! Forgot the form or the exercises are already? That’s ok, your CF coach will be there to help get you in perfect form and of course motivate you!
Now it’s too late to get back in your car and leave.
11:25 See, we told you it was short! (You will forget about how intense when you realize how good you feel after!) Now’s the time for high fives and questions (in that order) as you cool down and do some foam rolling.
